Going to bed with wrecked legs and waking up so tired of not even thinking to give Cloud Computing exam:>. From getting confused on the way to the metro station to finally reaching and thinking, “OMG, they are there!” because she had been teaching me everytime she dropped me; and ofc it’s effusive that again she pointed each footprint and station yesterday<3
What followed was calm roads, peaceful places, slight hazy morning, sunlight kissing our faces and coruscating on the grass, mirth and merriment filled in the air, squirrels joining us for lunch, sweet ending with hot chocolate cake, hours of conversations and uncaptured moments in flashbacks. ♡♡♡
Once in four years: unexpected, unplanned, and unforgettable. Sometimes one of the memorable days are the ones you almost say no to. Funny how a day you want to end up being enveloped in your room becomes the day unforgettable. Sometimes all it takes is randomness……(bought candles:)
Stepping out of the metro alone, I caught him watching me, perhaps I was still walking. Then he walked towards the escalator and oh my god, I was flummoxed: after five years, my school friend was right beside me. “Your face is still just as cute as it was when I last met you in 10th grade,” he said, and the whole evening instantly felt “Serendipity”. Heard this word a hundred times, since I was so fantasized by it, but I felt it today:) We talked for a while, laughed like old times, and somehow the dusk carried us both all the way home. A small, unexpected, wholesome kind of magic!!!!
